The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:
The individual registered user account created by a Player on the money888 Platform, used to access games, make transactions, and manage personal settings.
The total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any credited bonus funds, displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) by default.
Any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or other incentive amounts awarded to a Player's Account, subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.
Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Platform to confirm a Player's eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum cumulative bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x means the bonus amount multiplied by 35).
A wager that is cancelled and refunded to the Player's Account, typically due to a technical error, a match abandonment, or other qualifying exceptional circumstances.

To register and maintain an Account on money888, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify money888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case the MYR equivalent is credited based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion's terms.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your money888 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. money888 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds deposited into your Account at its sole discretion, consistent with our anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals of real-money funds from your Account may be requested at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. money888 targets processing of most withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods; however, this timeline may vary based on the volume of requests and payment provider processing speeds.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
